Maintenance excludes redesigns, new pages or features, SEO campaigns, third-party fees, and fixes caused by third-party services. Additional work requires a separate quote. Maintenance may be canceled at any time before the next billing date; amounts already paid are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
Delivery estimates are targets, not guarantees. The written agreement will specify the actual timeline, required client materials, and how delays or missed deadlines are handled.
Ownership: Clients should register and own their domain, hosting, and payment-provider accounts. Upon full payment, deliverables and usage rights are transferred as specified in the signed agreement; third-party licenses remain subject to their terms.
Website projects require a 50% upfront deposit before work begins. If the client cancels the project after paying the deposit, the deposit is retained and is non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the signed project agreement. Any remaining balance is due upon approval before launch. Monthly maintenance is optional and may be canceled at any time; payments already received are non-refundable, subject to applicable law, and cancellation stops future billing. Hosting, domains, and third-party subscription or processing fees are separate. Pricing and services are subject to written agreement. Before paying a deposit, each client receives a written project agreement outlining the scope of work, timeline, revision limits, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and refund conditions. The client must review and explicitly accept the agreement before any deposit is collected. If Seratei Sites cancels a project or does not deliver as agreed, any applicable refund rights and remedies will be determined by the agreement and applicable law.

2. Review and sign
We confirm your pages, features, timeline, and total price in a personalized project agreement sent securely for electronic signature through SignWell.
3. Pay your deposit
After the agreement is signed, Seratei Sites privately sends your secure Stripe payment link: $175 for Starter ($350 total) or $225 for Professional ($450 total). We do not ask for card details by email or on this page.
4. We begin your website
Work starts after the deposit and required project materials arrive. The remaining 50% is due after approval and before launch, as specified in your agreement.
The agreement is sent individually after we confirm your project. This website does not collect electronic signatures or process payments directly.

Those third-party costs are separate unless explicitly included in a written quote.
Do I need to sign an agreement before paying?
Yes. Before we collect a website deposit, we provide a written project agreement describing the agreed work, schedule, payments, revisions, cancellation terms, and applicable refund conditions. You must review and explicitly accept it first.
What does monthly maintenance include?
Starter covers one small update (up to 15 minutes) monthly. Professional covers up to three small updates (up to 60 minutes total) monthly. New features, redesigns, and third-party costs are quoted separately.
How long will my website take?
Our target is 3–5 business days for Starter and 5–7 business days for Professional after we receive the required materials and deposit. The actual schedule is confirmed in writing.
Who owns my domain and website?
We recommend clients own their domain, hosting, and payment-provider accounts. Website deliverable rights are specified in the project agreement and transfer as agreed after final payment.
Can you add real online payments or booking?
Those features can be scoped using appropriate third-party providers, with live setup, testing, security, and any ongoing fees agreed separately.
